Q: How is Granite Operating Company related to Cordillera Energy Partners III?
A: Granite Operating Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cordillera Energy Partners III, LLC.


Q: How do I contact Cordillera Energy Partners or Granite Operating?
A: There are multiple options for contacting us.  You can contact us using the form under the “Contact Us” section of our website.  Our owner inquiry line phone number is (303) 785-1581.  You will be prompted to leave a message.  Please include your owner number (located in the bottom left hand corner of your check stub or the top right hand corner of your joint owner statement) and a brief description of your inquiry.  Every effort will be made to make an initial response to your call within 24 hours.  You can also email us at ownerinq@cordilleraep.com.


Q: How do I make changes to my account?
A: Please visit the “Change of Ownership” section of our website.  There you will find details on how to make changes to your account including address and name changes and changes due to death.


Q: Can I setup direct deposit for my revenue checks?
A: Currently we do not offer direct deposit of revenue payments.  Should this service become available we will send out information on how to enroll.


Q: Why have I not received a revenue check?

A: Revenue checks are mailed monthly by the last day of the second month following the month of production.  Revenue checks are mailed to all owners with a balance due to them of over $100.00.  If the balance on your account is not over $100.00, a revenue check may not be mailed out to you each month.  Once a year, typically in the spring, revenue checks will be mailed to all owners with a balance due to them of over $10.00.  Please check the “Accounting Bulletin & Updates” section for more information on when revenue checks are mailed monthly.


Q: What do I do if I want to receive my revenue checks even if the amount is under $100.00?
A: Please submit a request in writing with the dollar amount you would like to have revenue checks mailed to you.


Q: When can I expect to receive my 1099?

A: Your 1099 will be mailed to you no later than January 31st.  Please allow 10 business days after January 31st before contacting us regarding not receiving your 1099.


Q: What should I do if my check is lost or stolen?
A: Please allow 10 business days after checks are mailed to receive your check.  If your check is stolen please contact us at (303) 785-1581 or ownerinq@cordilleraep.com.  If after 10 business days you have still not received your revenue check please contact us at (303) 785-1581 or ownerinq@cordilleraep.com.


Q: How do I get a copy of my revenue check or joint interest billing?
A: By signing up with PDS Energy for access to our website, you will be able to access copies of your revenue check, joint interest billing, and 1099 via our website.  If you are not currently signed up please contact PDS Energy at 1-800-318-7850 to gain access.
